Among HIV-infected individuals, 358 (79%) were men who had sex with men, 26 (6%) were injection drug users, 26 (6%) were heterosexual, and 45 (10%) had unknown HIV risk factors.
Defined as having had at least 1 of the following International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision (ICD-9) codes: 278, 259.9, and/or V85.
