X-rays reorganized the actin filaments. RAW264.7 cells were first incubated with 50 ng/ml RANKL for 2 days and then exposed to X-rays. After irradiation, the cells were cultured in osteoclastogenic medium for 2 more days. F-actin, tubulin and nuclei were stained with rhodamine-labeled phalloidin, anti–β-tubulin antibody and DAPI, respectively. Bar: 40 μm.
