Western blot analysis with IL-1β-treated cytoplasmic extract. Serum-starved chondrocytes (0.1×10⁶ cells/ml) were treated with 10 ng/ml IL-1β for 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 min. Other cultures were initially treated with 10 ng/ml IL-1β for identical time periods and then co-treated with 50 μM baicalein for 4 h.
