The tyrosinase inhibitory activity of BMN1-BMN12 was measured using mushroom tyrosinase. BMN 1∼12 (50 μM) and kojic acid (50 μM) were loaded onto a 96-well microplate. After incubation with mushroom tyrosinase at 37°C for 15 min, dopaquinone levels were measured by spectrophotometry at 450 nm. **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 compared to the control group.
