Splenocytes were isolated from 3 mice per group at 14 days after immunization, and cell-free supernatants were harvested at 48h after incubation and measured for the levels (pg/mL) of IFN-γ (A), IL-2 (B), IL-4 (C) and IL10 (D) by a commercial ELISA kit in duplicate. Representative data are shown as the mean ± SD of 3 mice per group and were analyzed using one-way ANOVA (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001).
