Rescue of KDM3^KO and NO66^KO phenotypes. We used genomic, C-terminally HA-tagged rescue constructs (indicated as {g JmjC-HA} in the Figure). These transgenes restored both the sensitivity and tolerance phenotypes of KDM3^KO and NO66^KO towards wild-type levels. (*p < 0.05, one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s post-hoc multiple comparison).
