7Bio attenuates Aβ oligomer-induced increase of TNF-α and IL-6 in mice. At day 19 post-surgery, mice were sacrificed. The levels of TNF-α (A for hippocampus and C for cortex) and IL-6 (B for hippocampus and D for cortex) were evaluated by ELISA assay in the hippocampal and cortical extraction of mice, respectively.
