Adsorption of HMGB1 by aluminium adjuvant particles

Alhydrogel and Adju-Phos were pre-incubated with R10 overnight at 37 °C. The next day, the adjuvants were diluted with R10 to 400, 40 and 4 μg/ml and mixed with an equal volume of R10 containing HMGB1. The samples were then incubated overnight at 37 °C again. After incubation, the adjuvant particles were removed by centrifugation and the content of HMGB1 in the supernatants was determined by a HMGB1-ELISA
