Performances of PEN3 e-nose equipped with different VOCs-sorbent cartridges (provided with electronic desorption unit, EDU3 (Airsense Analytics GmbH, Germany) in terms of ability to discriminate healthy from symptomatic potato tubers, infected by Ralstonia solanacearum or Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus. The percentage of symptomatic tubers, detected by conventional molecular diagnostic analysis (EU Directive 2006\56\CE) at the end of sensorial analysis, in the bulk sample is also reported (n.a. = not available).
