IgG antibody production in response to F. tularensis LVS. AntiFt antibody activity was measured in 1500-fold diluted plasma collected 3.4 wk after immunization of mice with Ft LVS. Each point represents an individual untreated control (CTL) mouse (at 22 °C) or mice in the immunization protocol maintained at the indicated temperature for 9 wk.
