Insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF2) promotes triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell viability. Initial plating consisted of 1.0 × 105 cells per well. Plated cells were cultured in complete media for 48 h followed by incubation in serum- and phenol red-free medium for 24 h. Cultures were then maintained in IGF2 (100 ng/mL)-containing media for 24, 48 and 72 h. IGF2 culture media was refreshed every 24 h. Viable cells were counted using trypan blue exclusion. Data represents at least three independent experiments performed in duplicate. *** p ≤ 0.0002; ** p ≤ 0.007; * p ≤ 0.05. Error bars represent standard deviation.
