Overexpression of MEF2D activated the Akt/GSK-3β pathway in pancreatic cancer cells measured by western blot. A. The level of phosphorylated Akt and phosphorylated GSK-3β was significantly reduced after knockdown of MEF2D. Knockdown of MEF2D increased expression of markers of cell proliferation and invasion. B.
