Effects of p53 activator doxorubicin on hepatic bile acid disposition‐related gene expression in cholic acid‐fed Trp53‐WT mice. With the same treatment strategy, mice were killed 24 h after the final doxorubicin treatment, and liver tissues were collected. mRNA and protein were measured by qRT‐PCR and Western blot analysis respectively.
