The inhibtion of APS on NF-κB transcription activity in A549 cells. The NF-κB-luciferase plasmid construct (pNF-κB-Luc) was used to study NF-κB activity. pNF-κB-Luc were transfected into the A549 cells, the cells then were treated with APS and DNSO for 6 h.
