(B) nTR_T was then divided by the relative cell volume to obtain SR_T. (C) The results from both nTR_T (panel A) and nTR_II (Figure 5A blue dots) are represented here as per genome copy by dividing the ploidy of each strain (Supplementary Figure S4C). All the data have been relativized against the values of wild strain BY4741, and correspond to the average and SD of three experiments.
