CSPGs act as a mechanical barrier to inhibit the migration of OPCs. When the (A) control group was compared with the (B) 1, (C) 5 and (D) 10 µg/ml CSPG groups, a clear inhibitory effect of CSPG treatment was visible. This inhibitory effect increased as the concentration of the CSPGs increased. The nuclei were stained with DAPI. Scale bar, 100 µm.
