LN offsets C-induced inhibition of oligodendrocytes process outgrowth. LN facilitated the maturation of oligodendrocytes in a dose-dependent manner when administered at (A) 10, (B) 5 and (C) 1 µg/ml. LN counteracted the impairment in process outgrowth of oligodendrocytes induced by 2.5 µg/ml Cs when provided at varying doses: (D) 10, (E) 5 and (F) 1 µg/ml. More severe inhibition of process outgrowth was observed in the presence of 5 µg/ml Cs, however, LN was still observed to exhibit a dose dependent effect: (G) 10, (H) 5, (I) 1 µg/ml.
