(A) Cell viability was determined at the indicate time points using CCK-8 kit. (B) Cells were seeded in 6-well plates and cultured for 2 weeks. Cells were staining with 0.1% crystal violet dye and the numbers of colonies were counted. (C) Cell-cycle distribution was analyzed using flow cytometry.
