(B, C) HEK293T cells stably expressing pCDH, Flag-MORC2 WT, and Flag-MORC2 ΔPRD were subjected to IP analysis with an anti-Flag antibody (B), and the bound proteins were isolated on 8% SDS-PAGE gel and stained using Coomassie brilliant blue (C). (D) LC-MS/MS was used to identify the interacting proteins of Flag-MORC2 WT and Flag-MORC2 ΔPRD. The numbers of the identified proteins in each group are shown. (E) The proteins that specifically interacted with Flag-MORC2 WT were subjected to biological pathway analyses using DAVID.
