(A) Transformants were assessed for their ability to grow on medium lacking leucine (left) and for β-galactosidase expression (right). Interaction between TSC-22 and CSF-1R was determined by β-galactosidase expression. (B) HEK293a cells were transfected with pcDNA4-CSF-1R or pcDNA4-TSC-22. After 2 days, cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with CSF-1R antibody or TSC-22 antibody. IP samples were analyzed by western blot.
