786-O cells were implanted in SCID mice. When tumors reached 100 mm³ (within three weeks), animals were randomly divided into three groups. One group was treated with vehicle control (Saline) and the other two with SF2523 (15 and 50 mg/kg, every other day). The number of mice per experimental group, n = 8. Estimated tumor volume (A) and daily tumor growth (B) were presented. At the end of experiment (Day-36), tumors of the each group were isolated and weighted (C).
