NSC319726 is inhibitory to isolates of Candida species as well as Cryptococcus neoformans and Aspergillus fumigatus. MIC assays were performed in a standard M27-A microdilution assay format. These data are compared to fluconazole. Three isolates of C. albicans and one of C. krusei were resistant to fluconazole but susceptible to NSC319726. MIC₅₀ data are shown as μg/ml for each species.
