Case 1: (A) shows a crusted eschar at the site of tick bite, and a maculopapular, hyperpigmented, non-itchy rash affecting the trunk; (B) shows a maculopapular, red, non-itchy rash on the arms. Case 2: (C) shows a sporadic petechial rash affecting the trunk; (D) shows a red petechial rash on the legs.
