Dose profiles in the x‐axis at depths of 5 (a), 10 (b) and 15 cm (c) in the solid water phantom as shown in Fig. 1. Doses in the profiles are calculated by the AAA, CCC and MC simulations using the 6 MV photon beams ($10\times 10\hspace{0.17em}{\text{cm}}^2$) at gantry angle 0°. All profiles are normalized to the prescription points in Fig. 1.
