(c) Fundus examination of the left eye reveals a large, pale optic disc with cupping, indicative of glaucoma. (d) Optical coherence tomography indicates macular hypoplasia. (e) Goldman visual field examination shows significant visual field loss in the left eye, further indicating glaucoma. (f) Penetrating keratoplasty was successfully performed on the right eye to treat worsening corneal opacity.
