Talin 1/2 KO CD cells have an integrin activation defect and altered expression of adherens and tight junction proteins. (A-L) Wild-type and talin 1/2 KO CD cells were grown on transwells until confluent in the presence of 10% FBS. The cells were then stained with rhodamine phalloidin (A-D) antibodies to ZO-1 (E,F), E-cadherin (E-cad) (G,H), claudin 3 (I,J) or claudin 7 (K,L). Scale bars: 100 μm.
