Relative output as a function of SDD for the 6 and 18 MV photon beams measured with the MapCHECK and MatriXX, and compared with the measurement using a Farmer‐type ion chamber. The depth of the detectors was at 10 cm with a fixed field size of $10 \times 10 {cm}^{2}$ . The SDDs varied from 80 cm to 150 cm.
