Data are presented as predicted values in children (% difference compared with the present study). Because of the growth in children, the mean height and weight for age were obtained in the present study. The data of height and weight were 117 cm and 21 kg, 140 cm and 34 kg, 164 cm and 54 kg, at 6, 10 and 14 years old of male children, respectively. The data of height and weight were 117 cm and 20 kg, 141 cm and 32 kg, 158 cm and 48 kg, at 6, 10 and 14 years old of female children, respectively. FVC, forced vital capacity; FEV1, forced expiratory volume in 1 second; NA, not available.
