DOI: 10.1161/JAHA.115.002891.), Gert B.M. Mensink, Robert Koch Institute, Germany was mistakenly omitted from the list of Nutrition and Chronic Diseases Expert Group (NutriCoDE) collaborators in the Appendix section. This collaborator has now been added to the Appendix.
