AA, SS, SSCKO, and CKO mice were exposed to hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) (3 hours of hypoxia with 10.5% O2 followed by 4 hours of reoxygenation at room air) prior to whole blood collection for PAR4-TRAP stimulated MEA.
