(A) Immunofluorescence staining of COL1 showed PFTα reversed the anti-osteogenic effect of ethanol in hBMSCs. (B) PFTα increased positive staining of OCN. (C) Immunofluorescence staining of OPN was increased by PFTα. hBMSCs were cultured for 72 hours in an osteogenic differentiation medium supplemented with 50 mM ethanol and/or 10 μM PFTα and immune-stained with COL1, OCN and OPN. Cytoskeletons were stained with phalloidine (red), and the nucleus was stained with DAPI (blue).
