Chondrocytes remained unstimulated as control or were treated with IL-1β alone for 30min or co-treated with 10 ng/ml IL-1β and 50μM silibinin for 30min. The localization of p65 was visualized by immunofluorescence analysis as described in materials and methods. Data shown are representative of six independent experiments.
