Monocytes isolated from SPF chicken were infected with SCAU-HN06 (10^4.5 TCID₅₀/0.1 mL). IL-1β, IL-18 and NLRP3 mRNA levels were analyzed using qPCR at (A) 6 hpi, (B) 24 hpi and (C) 48 hpi. (D) Infected monocytes at 6, 24 and 48 hpi were collected for RT-PCR using ALV-J specific primers for SCAU-HN06.
