Mouse 3T3 fibroblast cells were transfected using Lipofectamine 2000 with well-tolerated and hepatotoxic LNA-ASOs, respectively. Caspase 3/7 activity was measured 24 hr later. Triplicate transfections were performed; the results are shown as a percentage change relative to UTCs. Data are mean ± SD.
