Selected Hepatotoxic LNA-ASOs Also Exert Their Toxic Potential in Different Human Tumor Cells
A549, HeLa, and HepG2 cells were transfected using Lipofectamine 2000 with the well-tolerated LNA32 and LNA33 (light gray bars) and the hepatotoxic LNA41 and LNA43 (dark gray bars), respectively, at 30 nM. Caspase 3/7 activity was measured 24 hr later. Triplicate transfections were performed, and the results are shown as a percentage change relative to UTCs. Data are mean ± SD.
