Adjusted for age, hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, ischemic etiology, New York Heart Association class, previous myocardial infarction, left ventricle ejection fraction, N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptides, left ventricle end diastole dimension, hemoglobin, discharge medication (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker and Beta blocker).
