Concept of a free-space optical (FSO) communication link between an unmanned-aerial-vehicle (UAV) and a ground station using OAM multiplexing. The ground station includes the tracking system as well as the orbital-angular-momentum (OAM) transmitter and receiver, and the UAV hovers in the air.
