Plasma fibrinogen levels in patients with GA + AA genotype compared with those with GG genotype. Plasma fibrinogen level was significantly higher in GA + AA genotype (3.29 ± 0.38 mg/dl) compared with GG genotype (3.29 ± 0.38 mg/dl vs. 2.87 ± 0.18 mg/dl, P < 0.001, unpaired t test).
