Inhibition of ERK2 reverses DDR2-induced Snail1 upregulation and EMT. (A) TPC-1 cells transfected with DDR2 vector or control vector were subjected to western blotting for p-ERK1/2. (B) TPC-1 cells transfected with DDR2 siRNA or control siRNA were subjected to western blotting for p-ERK1/2. (C) TPC-1 cells transfected with DDR2 vector or control vector were incubated with 1 µM of U0126 for 24 h. The p-ERK1/2, Snail1, E-cadherin and Vimentin protein level was detected by western blotting. (D) TPC-1 cells transfected with DDR2 vector or control vector were transfected with ERK2 siRNA.
