(A) Huh7 cells transfected with siHOTAIR or siNC were treated with cisplatin (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5 or 5.0 µmol/l) for 48 h. Cell viability was assessed by Cell Counting kit-8 assay (*P<0.05 vs. siNC).
