The mRNA expressions of CD36 (A), TNFα (B) and IL1β (C) in the peritoneal macrophages of nicotine-treated obese rats. The mRNA expressions of TNFα, IL1β and CD36 were significantly increased in the peritoneal macrophages of diet-induced obese rats.
