The patient′s liver enzyme levels are shown; only TB, ALP, and GGT included which were most relevant to cholestatic jaundice on the left and CBZ levels on the right over the course of his hospitalization (days 1–15). Methimazole was discontinued on day 3 by RUCAM scale; the doses of CBZ were adjusted by TDM on days 2 and 10, respectively.
