Analyses based on an aggregate patient sample (N = 9153), drawn from seven CNICS care sites.

Two-Year Care Retention computed according to HRSA HAB formulation of two attended visits, separated by at least 90 days, within a calendar year.

SUD identification based on substance-specific diagnostic thresholds from both the AUDIT-C (for alcohol UD) and the ASSIST (for cocaine UD, marijuana UD, methamphetamine UD, and opioid UD).

Odds-ratios reflect the likelihood of two-year care retention.
