In vivo anticancer efficacy study in A549 orthotopic lung tumor bearing nude mice. Lungs were collected 3 days after the last dose of DTX formulations. Lung tumor weight was significantly lower in the combination group with intact lung morphology as compared to other groups. Lung tumor weight data were given as mean ± SD (n = 12).
