The gross examination of the specimen showed no mucin and a solid tumor measuring 15 × 10 mm in size invaginating into the main pancreatic duct (MPD) (black arrows). There was dilatation of the MPD and multiple cysts with severe inflammation located in the pancreatic tail (black asterisks).
