Mosquitoes were fed a blood meal supplemented with [1,2-¹³C₂]glucose. The amino acids were analyzed in mosquito whole-body extracts by LR-LC/MS-MS. SRM transitions were from the [M + 1]⁺ to [M + 5]⁺ precursor isotopologs to various product isotopologs. Data are presented as means ± sem of 3 independent samples.
