Coronary computed tomographic angiogram shows straight multiplanar reformatting of the LAD, RCA, and LCx in end-diastole and end-systole, indicating percentages of shortening of vessel length from the ostium to an identifiable landmark. Percentages of shortening (representing coronary longitudinal strain) are 9.3% in the LAD, 6.5% in the RCA, and only 1% in the LCx.
