Activity of the porcine GnRHR1 and GnRHR2 gene promoters within different mammalian cell lines. Cells were transiently transfected with either the porcine GnRHR1 (white) or GnRHR2 (black) gene promoter in a luciferase reporter vector and expressed as fold activity over the promoterless control.
