Smad2/3CA Potentiate Macrophage and Adipocyte Conversions

(A) Conversion of B cells to macrophages by retroviral transduction of Cebpα with or without Smad2CA (Sm2CA) or Smad3CA (Sm3CA).

(B) Expression changes of the B cell marker CD19 and the macrophage marker MAC-1 during the Cebpα-mediated transdifferentiation process with additional control (Cont), Sm2CA, or Sm3CA vector expression.
