HMEC were treated with WCM in presence or absence of curcumin at dose of 10 µmol/L. Then cells were seeded on growth factor reduced Matrigel. Representative pictures from LCM (A-a), WCM (A-b) and WCM+curcumin (A-c) treated groups were taken after 6 h.
